Please Note that by ordering goods from us you will be making contracts with us. There are terms which will apply to every order you may make as follows :-

You may return faulty products to us but only if you do so within 2 days of their delivery to you. We will replace those goods if we can but if not we will issue you with a credit note for the full value of those faulty goods. All returns are at your own cost and risk. Non faulty goods may be returned within 7 days for a credit only and may be subject to a 25% restocking charge at our discretion. We will not accept liability for lost parcels if they are not correctly and fully addressed, this means full street and property name and or number, town and or city plus correct post code.

We reserve the right not to sell to you

Working items cannot be returned if they have been opened

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of the products sold we will not accept or open any parcels returned to us which do not have a Returns Authorisation Number where you have described the nature and reason of the return. Please Email Us In This instance for authorisation

Any faulty product may be returned to us within 2 days of receipt for replacement or a credit.

We cannot accept any returns that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered. For hygiene purposes, we regret we cannot accept any returns on wigs or panties. By law, intimate garments containing a crotch such as bodies or panties, cannot be returned once they have been tried on or worn. If the goods are returned unopened we can accept them.

We cannot accept any returns on intimate adult toys which are not shrinkwrapped in their original packaging

For an exchange or a refund, returns should be received by us or requested by you within 21 calendar days from the date your order was shipped and include the original packaging and be in the same condition as received.

We do not refund original shipping costs or your return shipping costs.
